Newspapers.com offers one of the largest and most comprehensive archives of digitized newspapers. While the collection includes a selection of major newspapers for specific time periods, it primarily features regional publications dating back to the 1700s. Most titles do not extend beyond the late 1980s.

Newspaper Navigator is the first website to index Google News Archive. It was effectively abandoned by Google in 2011, but contains a large amount of newspapers not available in any other database. Keyword searching is heavily limited compared to other websites.
